I knew what the most important objective of the speech is.
It is to inspire people with what you know and what you believe.
In order to do that, the most important part of the speech is the contents.
How well I deliver the speech is not as important as I thought.

To be a millionaire
What is your goal in your life?
To work as long as you can and save enough money for the life
after the retirement. It seems that the only way we can secure the life in our
sixties or seventies is to work until retirement.
But, there is another way if you see things differently.
You can choose to be a millionaire! Maybe you can be a millionaire
in your forties. If you invest $1 million wisely, you can get a ROI(return on
investment) of $100,000 every year.
Then you don’t have to work 9 to 6 (or 9 in the evening) from Monday
to Saturday in the small office like the cage.
Instead, you can do
10 days’ trip to Hawaii for two people $ 11,000
52 times’ eating out for $ 100 $ 5,200
Buying a Mercedes $ 7,220
Golf club membership $ 5,000
Weekly Spa $ 5,200
Sounds amazing, huh?
Then, what do you have to do to be a millionaire?
Here are the most important three factors to become a
millionaire.

How much is your return on investment?
Start with saving money if you want to be a millionaire.
The author recommends to save 15 % of your salary after the tax.
But, I plan to save 50% of my salary when I start to make a
money again.
If you have enough money, you can be a millionaire only with 10%
or 15 % of ROI.
If you want to be a millionaire with not a big money, you have to
get 30% to 40% of ROI. In this case, you start your own business to get more
than 40 % ROI, or if you are really a genius at investment, you can make a 40%
ROI in the stock market.
One thing I should add is that the longer you invest, the more
you can make.
So, it’s better start to save and early as early as possible.
Thinking alone couldn’t give you any return.
Start to act to be a millionaire now and you will be a
millionaire.
